Returns & Guarantee

You may request a return of your handcrafted model within 30 days of receipt.

The cancellation period expires 30 days from the day you, or a designated third party, take physical possession of your bespoke flat earth realm model.

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision via a clear, written statement.

We shall reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned instrument. We will use your original payment method, and you shall incur no additional fees for this reimbursement process.

Return Conditions:

For your artisan model to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The model was acquired within the last 30 days

  • The piece remains in its original wooden case

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom commissions or pieces engraved with personalized celestial coordinates.

  • Models damaged by improper handling or polishing of the brass mechanisms.

  • Items that have been modified or disassembled after their initial delivery.

  • Instruments that are irreversibly merged with other structural fixtures.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any intricate mechanism that fails to meet these rigorous conditions at our discretion.

You bear the cost and risk of returning the delicate instrument to us. Please ship the handcrafted goods to:

We cannot be held responsible for mechanical models damaged or lost during return transit. We strongly mandate an insured and trackable courier service. Refunds require receipt of the pristine goods or valid proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the brass model was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the instrument is received safely, a bespoke certificate will be mailed.

If the piece was not marked as a gift, or the giver received the order first, we will issue the refund directly to the gift giver, notifying them of the return.
